Nectary/Chapel?

Can Sims get married at a nectary? I'm trying to build a kind of chapel/vineyard thingie. ;)

Sims can get married anywhere you want them to. 

With the new wedding arches and cake that came with Generations it makes it easy to have a wedding 'party' anywhere now.  Just make sure your lot is a commercial property so it appears as a place your Sims can chose from via the phone. 

A wedding in a vineyard sounds romantic ;).

Thanks for clearing that up, I knew I could place the arch, just wasn't sure if it would work.
