Placing New Lots

Hey it's Irish here, wondering if anyone has or know if we can add a blank lot to Sunset Valley or Riverview when in edit mode.  I can add houses to the game but some of the houses are quite large (ones I have downloaded to my game) and unless I delete one of the existing buildings I cannot fit them in on the lots supplied.

You mean placing lots in new places like in Sims 2? No, that's not possible. :(

I don't know why they left that out, maybe something to do with the new open neighborhood.

I personally was really disappointed that this was no longer an option, but it probably did have to do with the new open neighborhood like PJSim said. So sad, that was one of my fav things to do.

Haven't EA released some beta version of some sort of world creator for those that want to try it?

I'm pretty certain that you can place new lots in your own-created neighbourhood, at least when they release it out of beta! Personally I can't wait! :D

Yeah that is to create a new neighborhood though.  But I miss being able to put a house or lot where ever I want.
