I took a heavy set sim into CAS and slimmed her down and made a few other changes. About a minute after exiting CAS she gained the weight back. I took her back into to CAS and the other changes I made where still there so I tried to slim her down again and the same thing. She gained the weight back in less than a minute.
So I thought I would try it the other way. I picked a skinny sim and took him into CAS and made him big. After exiting CAS he slimmed back down in just a little bit.
Anyone else having a problem with weight changes not sticking?

I'm not familiar with this particular bug, but there must be general coding issue bug going on with the new cheat because if you add body hair to a Sim via the CAS cheat, as soon as you return to Live mode it's gone. So, there's a pattern here along with the body weight thing.

Really?  It didn't happen in my game.  One of my pre-existing Sims now has body hair.  Here he is in all his newly-hairy glory:

I have the same problem about weight in my game. I tried making Emma Hatch very thin and not soon after she suddenly gained it all back!

I haven't had a problem with losing body hair. The guy I added the weight to I also made him very hairy and he only lost the weight but kept the body hair.

Just keep repeating it until it applies. I think that messing with the clothes around, along with the sliders, makes it work better.

Sometimes, you have to stick your Sim to the nearest mirror, and click "Change Appearance" Click the okay button, soon after and she will stick to her new Edit in CAS makeover.  :)

I also have the problem of the body hair not sticking.  Tried it many times and still not staying.  I use a Mac, could it possible be a Mac glitch and not PC?
