I'm putting this here because it did not happen in ambitions. I have about 50 lemon cars in my backpack. Does anyone know how to get rid of them?

Blow them up. Or sell them.

how do you sell them?

Take them out of inventory, then go to buy mode and sell.

Or you can sell them in your inventory by dragging the to the simolean icon on the left of the inventory screen.

I get this problem often when I change families. I sell the cars in inventory, and then use familyfunds cheat to put their money back to the way it was.
