So Confused... Can't enter Live Mode?

I just started playing and I was just fooling around in the buy/build mode when I realized I can't enter live mode anymore. So I completely started over... and entered buy mode again because it was all that I could do. Didn't sell or move anything and nothing I do seems to make it so I can enter live mode. I am so confused and all I can think is that I broke it!

Welcome to the forums! Sometimes it does this, it's nothing you did (I don't think) the only thing I can suggest is restarting the game, and if that doesn't work, try restarting your computer. Also, do you have any mods or CC? If you do, don't say the name of it but sometimes mods can mess the game up. If not, those two things are the only thing I can think of. It's done that to me before too.
