Garage with Foundation

Is there a way to make a garage with a foundation for Xbox 360

Unfortunatley, not.  I've tried numerous times before, but can't seem to do it.  With most houses in real life, the garage isn't on a foundation. So I guess that's why they configured the game that way.  Also wouldn't it seem weird to actually drive your vehicle off a foundation? The game doesen't have a automobile ramp; Only stairs. XD
