Trigger Age Transition: Do I still get to pick traits?

Hi! Simple question: If I use the 'trigger age transition' on my toddler sim, who I have taught to walk and talked and potty trained and raised well, then will I still be able to pick his traits like I would do if I had just had his birthday normally? Also, do you have to complete their lifetime wish before they are elders or do they have their whole lives to complete it? Thanks! And sorry for making yet another thread in the same day..

Yes, you do get to pick traits with the Trigger Age Transition cheat, if you've earned it by completing the toddler skills.

And Sims don't have to complete their LTW before becoming Elders - they can do it at any point.  It's just that after they become Elders, you don't know how much time they have left to finish.
