Where is the 'learn to write' topic?

Someone once have posted a topic about how to be better at writing stories.
As I am not a complete disaster at writing I am still willing to sharpen my pen and be better than before. I've lookup up and down on this forum but I didn't find that topic back from someone who had given a lot of useful tips.

So I could'nt find a better way to ask for it in another topic. Whoever will find it for me, or know where it is can receive a big thank you from me.
