I really like the formal gardens at the front.  I get a sort of Elizabethan or Tudor vibe from the outside front appearance of the house and gardens.

It would be a fantastic place to live in in real life. The view, over the pool to the ocean, from those large glass windows would be a daily joy.

I'm having a problem placing this lot in the game. The loading screen stays forever and never charges. Is someone else having this problem?

I didn't have any trouble placing it from the empty houses bin into a new game of mine. It did take a few moments for the lot to load but it did load. My questions would be can you place other lots of this size from the bin and do you have the required EPs and SPs? Missing an EP or SP shouldn't prevent the lot from loading but the game will tell you that certain items have been replaced.

Anyone else?
