Where is the General Store in China?

My Sim wanted to buy a Martial Art book for beginners, a tent and some food. He bought the book in the first store from left. The second is for food (he bought some apples), the third is the relic shop, and ... there is no fourth. Any other buildings are either city buildings or the Hall of fthe Lost Army. So I copuldn't buy Martial Arts accessories. Could anybody help me?

That one is tricky, hit page up (go up one level) and you'll see it. The general store has a foundation beneath itself, whereas the other are at ground level. It is next to the other three.

Yeah this one is the weirdest place to put a building. It's in the same "building" as the others as in it's connected to them but it's up one level.
