The Sims 3: Nintendo DS; is it a good buy?
« on: April 27, 2011, 12:03:15 PM »
My mom got me an EA cash card for Easter. As I'm not old enough to have a Sims Forum account, I decided to buy a Sims 3 for DS game. I was just wondering: is it a good buy?

TS3 DS is a fairly fun game to play in short bursts of time, but it lacks the endless and constantly changing gameplay that TS3 PC has. If you have enough money then I would invest in TS3 for PC.

Happy Simming!  :D

The sims 3 Ds is good but no way as good as the PC or Xbox360.

I bought it to have Sims-on-the go but I was spoiled by playing the PC version and never played it after the first time.

I already have TS3 for PC (A and LN) but I got gamecards and buying some games is the only thing I can do with them. All the games I want are unavailable. (I wanted some SimAnimals games) I agree with Amok: it's good for Sims on the go.

I had the sims 3 on DS but was really annoyed because, as it only a PG game, the sims dont woohoo and have babies, etc. so for me it's not as fun. :( But if you're only wanting sims on the go then go for it. :) For me, sims on pc is certainly better, though.

I've never been a fan of the handheld sims games, but if you want a sims game for on the go then go with the sims 3. It does look A LOT funner than the recent handheld sims games.
