What do you get for getting to lv 3 in a part time job?

I have not ever gotten to lvl 3 in a part time job, to be honest, but I have never heard anything about a reward, besides more income. Where exactly did you hear this?

I saw it again last night in the challenges, you get challenge points for doing it, and something else maybe? I made this thred because I couldn't reemeber where I saw this at

Well, if it's part of a challenge, then it'd be specific for that challenge. I had assumed that you meant in-game, unless I misintrepreted your post.

Yes i men't in game. I heard you could get building upgrades so maybe you get an upgrade after after you hit a certain pint in a job?

I am 99.9% positive that there are no building upgrades for any career, let alone the part-timers. I am fairly sure that the only benefit of being level 3 in a part-time job is more money.

What? I thought you could upgrade buildings on the ps3 version. If you cant the why does the game say you can?

Oh! I got confused. I thought you asked if, by moving up in careers, you unlock build options. (you can't) But you can upgrade buildings in the PS3, I am almost positive. Sorry about the confusion.

Oh ok lol. I'm pretty sure you get the building upgrades for the buildings that you get a part time job in..I think thats what the game sais

Really? But aren't the places where you start part-time jobs rabbit holes? If they are, then how can you edit them? I'm so confused
