Help w/"On Patrol"/"Strange Noises" in Museum

Hi, I'm trying to do this one. I've done it before, but don't remember what order I did it. I've tried following the guide from the walk through, but nothing is working. There is no remains in the chest and I can't seem to report back. The yellow star is bright yellow as if I can do something (like report back or whatever), but it is floating above the museum and when I hover over it, it only says nraas on it. I probably messed this up.

Hello there,

I'm also doing same quest as you do.
However I'm still stuck on the place where you need to pull the torch & move the statue.

I haven't pulled the torch before but I can see the 2 gear tiles already on the floor.
I can't do any interactions on the torch, statues or the hidden door.

Do you know what should I do on this part?

Got the issue resolved.
Anyways the remains is not on the chest but on a hole near it.
Once found & you were able to exit on the right side (opens up after getting the remains), go to cemetery & open the last 3 doors (facing to them) to work it out & place the remains on the chest
