How to Redeem Your Code for Bonus Items

In order to redeem your code for the Bonus Items, click on the Options button from the Main Menu.  You will see an option to Redeem Code.  Here's a screenshot of the Main Menu so you'll know where you need to be.

If you bought the Limited Edition version of the game it came with a code to download bonus throne rooms.  You can find a picture of them here:

Does anyone know how many bonus item sets are available?

So far I have found the bonus item sets for the Limited Edition version of the game and for purchasing the Prima Official Game Guide. Are there any others bonus item set to be obtained? If so, where?
