Zelda Mae and Meadow Carpender-Rhoads?

Do you think they're long lost sisters? They look and act so much alike, with blonde hair and the flower, the love for music and plants, Zelda is childish, while Meadow is insane, (which the two go together I personally think), their makeup and clothing style is similar as well. I also think Vita Alto could be Ma Bagley's other daughter. Thoughts?
