I did find the folder, clicked off the read only, it took me to notepad, I changed the 0 to a 1 and it would not let me save it.  Do you have to change the name of the file like it asks?  I am just real paranoid in changing things in certain files.  It kept re-checking the read only box.  It really does not matter, was just curious.  Probably best not to mess with it, I suppose.  I might have missed a step, but I printed out the instructions and followed them as written.

I haven't had any mess up my games yet. Let me tell ya, control-click on a quest task icon next to the trophy and it'll automatically advance to the next. That's going to be really handy for making Quest walkthroughs!!

What I did was copy the file to my desktop, unclick read only. save, then drag it to the file only after I put another copy of the original somewhere else.
