How do i get a lifetime wish before im a young adult

I don't know how to do this.  Can someone give me some tips on how to do it?

Lifetime wishes can pop up in the short term wish window starting when a sim is a child.  This will usually be related somehow to the skills that they are training.  Likewise, since these wishes are random, there's no real way to force them that I am aware of.

Try using skill objects, or going to various events around town. When attending a football game, my child got a lifetime wish option to become a professional sportsman. I locked it. ;)
