Replying partly because I just realized this will be my 100th post!   

I downloaded the house, the pictures here on my main computer's screen do it far more justice than my tiny 12" lappy.  I seriously need to go crash, but I'm going to take someone through it tomorrow(later) to poke around.

Salty, I LOVE your octagon house!  My dynasty house is an octagon and I really appreciate the unique challenges of creating and decorating an unusually shaped house. 

I especially love the porches and balconies - it gives the house a Victorian feel in my opinion.  Awesome decor, too!

Actually, this was really kind of an experiment.  I built this house when Metro first put the rules up for the dynasty last year.  We were talking about octagon houses.  So I tried it for fun and it was my very first item I put on the exchange.  I don't even think I have put a sim in it, lol.  Thanks for the comments.
