I wonder whether a cask of wine would encourage people to go to the Jacoban Cathedral?

Today I only had one person help himself to a drink from my Priest's cask, and as he was Quest-related I'm not sure whether he was behaving like a normal NPC.

My Jacoban Cathedral is a hotspot for hungry and thirsty sims.  My priest generally bakes himself a fine loaf for breakfast in the mornings and brews fresh wine of some type (I save cash to buy ingredients to cook and brew with) and the bread is gone before the 8 AM sermon and the cask empty or close to it by nightfall.   ;D
