Missing Daily Responsibilities

Has anyone else encountered a period where the hero does not receive daily responsibilities?

I started a new kingdom to try out several of the strategies and tactics that I have encountered in the various forum threads. My Monarch is leveling well by doing his various hero actions and abilities but he is over half way through the first quest, New Beginnings, without having a single daily responsibilities appear?

Has anyone else had a similar experience? If so, what did you do?

I'm sorry, but I have not had this problem.  My responsibilities show up right at 9am every day.

In this quest, Monarch do not receive daily responsibilities until he/she returns Throne Room and hands in resources to Master Builder.

Yup - this is a starter quest and as such does stand out from the rest.
