How to get Life Fruit Plant without Gardening!

For this you don't need gardening, or downloads but you do need cheats though.

1. Ctrl+Shift+C

2. testingcheatsenabled true

3. Ctrl+Shift+C

4. buydebug

5. BuyMode

6. Go to the select use thing

7. Click ?

8. Go to plant tab

9. Search through list to find Life Plant

10, Select and place

11. Some will come with the fruit on already some without. JUst delete those

12. Enjoy

This will work with any plant!

The only downside to this is that you only get "normal quality" plants....not the perfect quality which is required for some recipes like ambrosia. It's still helpful to get you started in gardening, to have all your plants, but you still have to work at getting those perfect varieties.

Ah, I had been wondering how to add extra plants to the community plots so thanks for this one.  Never used any of the cheats yet so not surprising I missed it.

I don't think you need perfect life fruit for ambrosia though, I'm sure I made perfect ambrosia with Very Nice Life fruit so maybe it just needs to be better than Normal quality.

Yeah, Ambrosia's base quality is Perfect, so the recipe ingredients really don't matter.

Thanks for posting this.  I've not used the cheat mode yet, but it's good to know if I ever need it.  And I just might be tempted to use this one to get omni plants to feed deathfish to.  That would be super useful to me!

"buydebug" is not recognized as a command. I'm guessing it's because I haven't patched the game / don't have WA.

oh thats odd cause it works everytime for me - did you do testing cheats before? My game is all patched up and updated but I don't have WA yet.

Oh and for the people who were saying its only nice quality plants when ambriosa needs better, i uploaded it for life fruit to extend life, but also it saves time finding seeds.
