Watcher Level and Achievements

Hey all,

Just playing Sims Medieval over here and checked the Prima Guide.
It mentions a table of achievements and the points that they are worth, in combination with the Watcher level and unlockables.
Seems like it's impossible to reach the max Watcher level? Or is the Prima Guide wrong in the needed points?
Just checking in, wondering about it.
