The easiest way to get the 25 bowls of food is to do the meat quest where a new meat has to be found.  The chef will come and start making bowl after bowl of gruel and just putting it everywhere.  Tables, floors, wherever he can.  Wait till there are 25 of them and just stick them all in your inventory.  They will undoubtedly be spoiled but it doesn't matter.  I got this one last night doing it this way.  No extra cooking effort on my part.

After a long play for those achievement my last two are "Write a truly epic poem & legendary play".

noone knows how to do this, but I saw one guy tells he got one of them by random 

for the baby monarch you need the new patch (I know it's weird). Quote: "New Feature: Child Succession - If a Hero Sim dies, but already has children, you can choose to have one of the children grow up and take over their parent's job!"

@ MrGabric - Do you know that 'Baby Monarch' can only been done using the new patch or is that a guess?

Baby Monarch is an easy achievement.  All you need to do is take on the quest where someone kills off the current monarch -sorry, I don't remember what it's called - and bring in a new monarch.  That's what did it for me.  And it was done before the current patch also.

I've read many similar instances, and none who have completed it, until now. Perhaps,  Schipperke, you could detail exactly how you did this? How much renoun did you have? What character did you replace the monarch with? What level were they? What buildings did you have? etc. As much detail as possible would help so we can pin down precisely what is needed for this achievement.

Chuckles, to be honest I don't know the answers to all your questions as it was a while ago.  I was doing No Quest for the Weary, which as you know has a lot of QP.  I had completed the required number of Platinum quests and was just using up the remaining QP, so I was very near the end.  I had annexed Advorton to reduce the number of QP needed to do quests, and it made my game run on a lot longer because it seemed like it was taking forever to use up all those QP.  So I really don't know what the renown was, but it must have been very high.  All the buildings were in place.  The character I replaced the monarch with was a new monarch I created.  I don't understand why I was able to get the Baby Monarch achievement when others haven't - the only thing I can think of is that all those quests had raised my renown to a high enough level.  Next time I start the game, I'll go back and check how much renown that Ambition ended up with.  It will be a little more than what I had when I brought in the new monarch, but not too much more.

Edit:  After reading about the trouble other people are having, now I'm wondering if I actually did get this achievement or just thought I did!  Am I ever going to feel silly if I didn't really get it.  I hope I haven't led people astray.  Going off to check ...

Ok, I've just checked and I was wrong.  I did not get the Baby Monarch achievement.  My mistake.  Sorry about that, everyone.  For whatever it's worth, I finished that Ambition with 960 Renown.  Maybe the cutoff is 1000?

I did 2400+ with cheats  The fact is replacement of monarch isn't working to do this achievement.
And I think this achievement isn't working at all 
May be future pach will helps.

Write Epic Poem at level 5+ and call it Beowulph ........ Food & Drink, War, Kingdom & Royalty (in that order)

Write Legendary Play at level 10+ and call it To Be Or Not To Be and use Commoner ............ Kingdom & Royalty, Love, Art, Sickness & Death, Foreign Lands (in that order)
