Continuous Error Code 16 AFTER patch!

Has anyone else experienced problems with "Error 16" after that last patch a couple of days ago? I have the latest game version, however, I am now getting this stupid code AGAIN, and loosing HOURS of game play. This is ridiculous! ???
I will love him and squeeze him and pet him and call him George!!

i never ran into this problem... (maybe because my computer is custom built) but anyways my advice to you is to report it to the sims 3 so they can have a look at it... also you COULD try reinstalling... but that takes forever

Bogie,

You can use "Save As" and it works just as well.  It should, anyway.

Save not working. Save as not working. When I went into my directory, I had 3 corrupted files again! (I just fixed this twice day before yesterday!!

If I have to reload this game a 3rd time, I'm poking my eye out!  :P

Sorry nothing but reinstalling it comes to mind. I've not had this problem since the patch. Never experienced it myself actually because I started using Save As immediately when the issue came up.

Hi- the way I got around this was to save each of my lots to the library then plop them into a fresh neighbourhood.  I still lost all their family trees and their interconnected relationships tho sadly.

anything
