How to increase intelligence aspect?

It's very low for my kingdom. I have the wizards tower and the peteran church. Will adding the Jacobian church increase intelligence? What other buildings will help with this?

When you select what building you would like to build, a little pop up should occur that shows what the building will give in regards to your kingdom then you do quests relating to it

Your problem is that you aren't doing quests that will raise your kingdom's intelligence next time you choose a quest, pick one that has a head next to it's name on the list. Also, you can see what benefits a quest will give you on the quest description page of the quest book. Just click on a quest and click 'next". The page on the left will list the different approaches to the quest, the page on the right will give you all the information on the quest.  Hover the mouse over the trophy at the top of the right-hand page and it will show you what benefits you'll get for completing the quest in bronze, silver, gold, or platinum. Remember that different approaches to the same quest will give you different rewards.
PICK THE QUEST/APPROACH THAT WILL GIVE YOU THE MOST HEADS.

It sounds like you're confusing the aspect itself for the aspect capacity. Adding a building only increases the amount of the aspect you can potentially gain, to actually increase the aspect you need to do specific quests as mentioned by Zetshia.

I'm sorry but I think I was misunderstood I was trying to be polite in my own way and I was actually trying to help because if he will pay more attention to the tutorials in the game he won't need to come to this forum that often. I also think the satisfaction of finding new things by yourself and also figuring out what's what is much greater then finding them here. Hope I won't get any PMs since I did read the rules word by word and I really think I didn't break any of them. Even though I know of the strictness in this forum thanks for letting me know.

It's alright, I won't be coming to this forum asking for help anymore as I can no longer play the game. Apparently I can't read either. Sucks for me LOL
