Ghostly Music

What does the "Ghostly Music" spell do? I had my wizard cast it, and he walked around with a green cloud with musical notes floating around his head, but I couldn't discern any actual effect. What does this do?

Thank you!

As far as I can tell, it does a whole lot of nothing :)

When you are around other people, they will stop and listen to the music, sort of a calming effect, I suppose.  I had my wizard use it when she was in the castle and everyone sort of stopped what they were doing and listened to the music. :)

I think that the listeners get a little buff too - think it may have been called 'captivated'.  (Must say that they really look a little odd whilst they are listening.  My blacksmith stood there, hands clasped together, swaying from side to side with an silly little smile on his face.)

(I only know about the buff because I was playing a Quest that involved both my magician and my blacksmith.)

They listen to the ghostly music like they listen to the music box.  It is cute though. :)

Okay, thanks!

While I'm here, I also was curious... if you use Spirit Thief on someone many times, will they die?

Thanks for answering my question!

I don't think targeting them with that spell a 2nd time before the debuff is up would work. I will run a test to see if it's the same buff as a music box for ghostly music.
