Hmmm, looks like it's time for a redecorating fest at the reception hall, throne room and more!  Can you put the spit outside?  I've also been wondering about the tents.  You know how sometimes there is an npc on the beach with tents, things to sell and a spit?  You can sleep in the tent, cook the food etc.  It could be really useful to have a tent in your inventory, and a spit so when you are way out in the forest you don't have to rush back to your house.

Yesterday my knight was left in charge when the monarch decided to take on an adventure.  She left her newborn son who aged quickly to a child.  My knight was conversing with the child, and noticed it was hungry.  So she went downstairs, pulled out the large meal from the larder, put it on the table from her inventory and called everyone to the meal!  Kid got fed and so did everyone else and not spoiled food.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

The unkempt trait is a real lifesaver!  They can eat spoiled food, so they can cook when they've got some spare time, then just pop it into their inventory and voila!  Food whenever and wherever they get hungry.
