Community Lot - Jollyboat Kids Plaza

Name: Jollyboat Kids Plaza
Lot Size: 40x38
Requires expansion/Sims 3 store content: I think only: Generations and Town Life Stuff.
This is a remodel of the Jollyboat Plaza from Barnacle Bay into a bright kids playground. Toddler equipment located next to the playground towers. :)

Don't know about Barnacle Bay, but I'm so putting this in Sunset Valley! Totally fantastic for legacies and the like. Thanks much, Pally! You should build more often. :)

A playground to make the kids day and meet other kids its so great, that it is different because of all the playground stuff, only great park .....

I wish we can have places in sims 3 that our sims can go on ride as rollercosters, car rides, pool rides, scary rides.  Like only if they made disney world and waterpark worlds, all the others it would be awesome and a dream come true for us and our sims, don't you think?
