One of my sims recently gave birth to a baby girl, and she was completely distorted. Then my other sim gave birth to a baby boy and he was distorted also. Do you know what's causing this and how to fix this???

The problem is very likely caused by third party custom content in your game.  If you've downloaded anything from the Sims 3 Exchange or from a third party site, it can cause babies to do this.  The solution is to remove the third party content.

I've had this happen to me. the baby had black arms and hands. And the toddler was distorted as well. What happened was I downloaded stuff from the Sims3 Exchange and ended up with the GirlDollDressed virus. It was a major pain to clean out of my saved sims 3 files. Something that might help, if you haven't tried it yet is to look for a file called:

0x038a68fe04da61a6aa65f939d77fbc37.package

in your Sims 3/DC Backup folder and delete it. Look for the doll in your laucher's Installed Content/Objects tab. It will look like custom content with a weird looking doll photo on it. Delete it as well.

The "girl doll dressed" virus wasn't responsible for distorted babies.  It was responsible for the complete destruction of people's games (for me, it was severe lag that would eventually cause a crash to desktop) that would often force them to uninstall it and reinstall it.  So if all you got was distorted babies out of it, consider yourself very lucky, because it caused catastrophic problems for most everyone else.  I got that evil doll from a house I downloaded from the Sims Exchange, and it took 3 complete uninstalls and reinstalls to finally get my game to work again.  What made it so bad was that it attached itself to every sims3package file it came into contact with, whether you used it or not.

Plus, it was close to a year ago that this file was making it's rounds.  Most every site (including the site it originally came from, which I won't mention for more reasons than I have space to list) has purged that doll and anything it has corrupted, so one would have to download something from a site that was rather out of date to get it.

Distorted babies are caused by poorly made 3rd party custom content.

This is probably a CC causing problem in your game's graphic settings. I did a search and found topics about this problem here, and a discussion of this problem in a similar thread here. Hope you can find a solution there but it's pretty much the same that Pam, Hosfac and MrsFlynn said.
