It's probably because the Manager is too lazy to go to the bank and deposit the money for you.  ;D

Yep, it was about 11 PM sim time when I had my sim check real estate, then collect money.  I didn't realize he was having to go out at that time.  He was already sleepy...poor guy.  That's when I thought, they could've made this just a little bit easier. ::)

I checked this up and y'all are correct as usual, it has changed. :'(

However, you know what the first question I came up with from this was? This system seems to share all deeds with the whole household, so could a family only consisting of ghosts finally have investments? ::)

Playable ghosts should be able to own properties and collect payments.
