New console EP announced - Pets!

Following a thread in the EA sims forum I came across this youtube link for the new console EP, which is Pets! It also had a Generations youtube link to an official EA video release. I haven't seen the pets one, but the Generations' one looks really good, so I'm assuming the pets one is ok.

Yeah, I've seen this too, but it's not only for console. Did you notice the 'Mac friendly' mark at the end?  I hope it's 'PC friendly' too. But, it has yet to be officially confirmed, though...

I saw the one on generations.  I hope that is the correct one, if so, there are alot of new interactions and I even saw a wedding cake that the bride and groom can cut, like in sims 2.  The one for pets is pretty cool for console and I was thinking about getting it, if it comes out on Wii, but I have too much else going on for the PC to start that up.  Well, I hope that is what is going to be on Generations EP.  Thanks

Edit:  As always, I try and keep an open mind to all EP and SP, simply because there are so many leaks that are out there.  The only way to know for sure, is usually about a week or two before the release date, then they start having all sorts of screenshots and trailers.  I just figure, when the time is right, then it will happen.  There is too much speculation and rumors out there, that I don't really pay attention to them until it is actually official, so I try and keep from getting to excited about new games.

I read through the rest of the thread on the EA forum and I think pets is also for Win/Mac. Apparently it says so at the end of the video, although for some reason the quality was really poor on my phone so I missed half of what was going on, and any writing was just illegible.

It seems to be the real thing, then again, as I said it was on my phone and I guess anybody could put a video together. But to go to all that trouble...

Hi lilygirl, I'm afraid I might have posted links to a fake video. If you follow the, now-locked, generations thread in the discussions centre you can read all the reasons. I am sorry for all this guys, I honestly thought they were the real ones seeing as they were posted on the official EA youtube site. Just was really excited about it and wanted to post as soon as I saw them.

Your not the only one that has happened to.  That is why I said in an earlier post, you can't always believe what you see.  If you think about it, this EP is not even out yet, so why would they have a trailer of another EP due in October.  There are very talented people out there that can put together trailers and videos that look like it might be the real thing.  The one on pets looked really awesome, even though I didn't really like pets in sims2.  No harm done, who knows what the next one is going to be, we will just have to wait and see.
