Hey Priyansh, next time you'll hire someone take a note at his trait. I really highly advice you to let a random sim choose to know the staff better because stealing televisions and at cetera is a big part of a unwelcome 'thief' trait. I've forgotten the real term.

Your other maid would probably have the Couch Potato and unhandy trait. It all make sense to you when you know the persons you will hire.
Knowing your staff, one big advice for rich sims.

Thanks. I have my sims choose 'observant' Lifetime Reward. Most of the maids, or even repair-technicians have been found with Klepto trait. Now I always flirt with the maid, and that gives me an opportunity to see his traits. Then if he/she has a bad trait, or a trait that can harm my household or useless, I fire him/her.

It's Kleptomaniac for stealing, and Clumsy for breaking items more often. Sometimes, though, it has nothing to do with neither of the traits, except Kleptomaniac. Maids are just created that way, that they can randomly wash their teeth, eat ice cream, watch TV, play computer games, etc. etc. They're just satisfying their needs  :) Hey, Kate Pistachio, feel sleepy? Go ahead, sleep in my bed. Wanna watch some TV? You're welcome!  ;)

The only time I ever hire a maid is when I need a spouse for someone.  :P

When desperate, I hire a maid then immediately call up and have her fired!  As for butlers, don't get me started!  I got so angry at the butler I had  my family became concerned.  lol  Useless is what they are.  Simbots, fly free little botling and find your own world/home.  My Sims are too independent to have anyone other than themselves do things.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

I just like to get the possibility of getting that "I will not dirty anything" hidden trait into the gene pool.

Breed with the maid and I think it was either 100% accuracy of you getting that hidden trait, or 50%. Let's hope it is 100%.

The hidden trait is same as the neat trait. I have unlocked it by a......custom content. There is no difference between 'neat' and that, but still I have a lot to figure out.

The hidden trait is called 'makes no messes'.

So in fact you can save out a slot by having that hidden trait. Interesting.
What I am wondering still though is if that sim will clean up everything in the house automatically. If so, I prever to have such a sim in the house in stead of a maid, butler and so on.

That's part of it, but the real difference is that when using counter tops to preparing meals or using the toilet/bathtub/shower, they themselves will not cause it to require cleaning.  Of course, it will still become dirty after a sim without that trait uses it.  It simply increases the time between required cleanings.

How does that work with water dives? I asume a sim will get out soaked, but he or she will not cause puddles on the floor with this hidden trait?
I'm asking this, because I could add it to the poll maybe.

That's a very good question.  I may have to experiment to find out.
