Graphics card help

Help!!!

I have a new gaming PC with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card.  I read the whole page of instructions on how to add my card to the files so my game recognizes it.  When I looked at my Device Config.log file, the text is posted below.  See the rating, is calling my card a 1.  How can this be?  It's a 4060 for goodness sake.  Second, my card says [found 0 matched 1]  The instructions example was [found 0 matched 0].  Does this effect what I need to do?

Forgetting to add a " where there needs to be one can make things go wonky, so hopefully these files help!!
