Adding New Graphics Card - RTX 4070 TI

I followed the forum and instructions for adding onto the updated GraphicsCards and GraphicsRules to have the game recognize my RTX 4070 TI. Unfortunately, when I try to launch the game after it just crashes straight back to the EA launcher and DeviceConfig shows blank. The device ID is 2782.

I added | or match("${cardName}", "*RTX 40??*")) | as part of $cardlevelUber and then later as $cardlevelLow just in case (not at the same time), both have the same result of crashing.

One thing I noticed is when looking at DeviceConfig before changing the Graphics files is that it shows my GPU as 1, which i'm not sure may effect it?
