Strange Green Glitch

Been having this weird glitch. I initially thought it was a UI mod, so I made sure all my UI mods were updated. No dice. I then tried removing all my mods and loading up and the glitch is still there. I went as far as deleting the Sims 4 and then reinstalling and using the 50% rule to add my mods back in. But even before I added any mods back in, the issue was there on loading. Has anyone else encountered this before and if so, what worked for you?

Sounds like you've tried taking out your mods and deleting the game's cache files?

If the graphical glitch is still there with no mods installed and cache deleted. It may be that you need to update your graphics drivers.
