Into the Future not downloading

sorry, this is a continuation from my post a few minutes earlier.

also, into the future will not download. keep getting an error from ea. saying wait a few minutes and try again. i am fixing this game more than playing and sooo very fed up with it all

    ~ Turn off EA App Overlay: In the EA App, click Application and look for In-game Overlay this setting needs to be turned off. This will help the EA App allow you to install and uninstall .Sims3Pack files.
