Life state/supernatural mod? (mermaids, aliens, plantsims)

Is anyone aware of any mod that allows us to create Mermaids,Aliens, and/or Plantsims in the Sims 3 Create-a-Sim? I don't mind attaining these life states the normal way, but it'd be nice if they had been added to Create a Sim so we wouldn't have to go through all that the hassle.
