Honey, I Joined A Cult

I've been watching Blarla (who is one of my favorite gaming Youtubers) play the looooong tutorial for "Honey, I Joined a Cult" today.
I remember MarianT was playing this game two years ago.
Would you recommend it? The concept looks fun but there are so many stats and menus to navigate!
Also, which of the three themes did you choose?  Darkness, Futuristic, or Peace & Love?

I think at the time I played, they didn't even have themes yet. It was fun for a few times, but I've been sticking to Sims pretty much exclusively since Growing Together.

My immediate thought when I watched the tutorial (it was 2-hour stream which I watched over 3 days, haha) was, "Did MarianT enjoy this?"
It seems rather complicated but also quirky.  Maybe I'll put it on my long list, after Two-Point Hospital and Two-Point Campus...
