May I ask how you get this "neighborhood Stories? Which pack does it come with? I just got  notice that "Kim's Spirit is Fading Away..." I've never gotten that before today.

Neighborhood stories is a fairly recent thing added to the basegame.  The other notification you mentioned is also basegame and has I believe always been around, it basically is just letting you know that unless you “strengthen connection to physical world” on that sims urn/tombstone, that sim will no longer be around as a ghost
they/he pronouns please!

I just need to find this "Kim." The only household I know w/the name "Kim" is the Spencer-Kim-Lewis one.

If you own the Cottage Living pack, that notification might refer to Kim Goldbloom, who initially runs the grocery stall in Finchwick.
Unless your sims have access to Kim's urn or gravestone, though, they cannot "Strengthen Kim's connection to the physical world" as Auranaris explained.

Nope! I don't have access to that. The game will generate a new sim to run the stand. :)
