Help with 'Move Objects'

I need help with the Move Objects feature.  I am trying to put a table behind a sofa for a sofa table effect.  But there is either a big gap or it's 1/2 in the back of the sofa.  I thought there was a keyboard command that let you fine tune the placement of objects when using MOO.   :o

There is, hold Alt and move it around or hold Alt and rotate it until you find perfect position :)
