Need tips on how to run an effective vet station
« on: January 01, 2023, 04:19:53 PM »
Hello.

I do remember having a thread as this before but that must have been on another forum...

Anyway, as title: How do I set up a effective vet station? I do play the sim who own the place and she just reached up to level 6 in the veterinarian skill But even if she owns the place she still call herself "unemployed"...). The woman do have two employed vets but the thing is that they are not very effective. When my sim works the vet station can take care of far more patients because do so much unnecessary standing around. Both of the employed vets are at  level 3, earns 30§  and are "satisfied" with their working conditions. As my sim did level up, she could motivate her employees but even though she did motivate her staff to work harder they did not. So my sim still did return home late... tired and hungry. I want her to be able to take a day off and know that the work is done because if it's not she just lose money.
Unpopular opinion: I like the Sims 4
