[BUG] Fire alarm but no fire

I pretty much have most of the packs including bust the dust, the weird thing that keeps happening on my sims lot, keep in mind the house is a 2 story house that includes basement,  is every once in a while I will get a warning that a fire has started on the lot, and when I look around all of the floors there is no fire to be seen and the sims are acting normal instead of panicking like they do when a real fire breaks out, also the house has a sprinkler system in it too, I don't know if this is a bug or what

This is a known bug. They may be still looking for players to share their save files for this issue.

Same problem.  Fire on lot, couldn't find it.  Could hear it, though, really loud.  Turns out it was up on my flat roof  Lightning hit built up dust apparently  No access for the firemen so they had just wandered around.  Luckily my sim was a mage and could Transportalate up there and extinguish it.  Long burn trails all over the roof.  Hope this helps!
