I found this site while I was browsing the internet one day, and thought this would be great to share with the forum's story writers and fellow game players.

It's a family tree creator made for Sim families. It's more geared towards Sims 4 players, but players of Sims 3 and 2 can use it as well.

They have a How-to video on creating family trees for your Sims, along with their text guides. That's pretty helpful!!

Hey thanks for promoting it! I've sort of been friends with The Plum Tree's creator in the past, though I never knew if it was appropriate to plug it here for her or not.

Family Echo is a classic one and supports GEDCOM family tree files (it's a format for genealogical data), I only bring that up because TS3's MasterController can export family trees into a GEDCOM file, as can the MC GEDCOM module of MC Command Center. It might save time if you have a large family and wanna try it out.

I prefer family echo over The Plum Tree App. To me it just involves too much input.

I use Plum Tree whenever I am playing a family with lots of branches.  It is a good program.
