Correcting Dress and Hat Outfit Showing Up in CC as Silhouette (Bad CC)

Hello

In my Sims4 CAS, I have a set of dresses all of a certain design with a hat that goes with them in hats.

In CC or game play, this outfit combo, no matter what color, always shows up blacked out, making the Sim wearing them look almost like a shadow.   See attached JPEG for details.

What do I  do to correct this?   Is it a question of finding and installing a certain mod or other form of add on?

When something like that shows like that in my game I take it out, as it means it's bad cc. Or at least something's wrong with it. If you remember where you downloaded it you might report it to the creator so they can have a look at it.
