Multi-tasker life time reward.

I was wondering how this reward works.
It says that it can help with school and work life, but how exactly does it do this?

I think it makes sims finish their homework faster and improve job performance faster too.

I thought it reduces the amount of time the homework and work progression bar needs to get full.

It increases the speed that you gain experience at your job or school.  I have no idea about homework, although I wouldn't be surprised if it helped with that too.  It's always one of the first LTR's that I pick up for my sims.

Multi-Tasker is absolutely golden for any rabbit-hole career Sim. It's better than Office Hero because it affects ALL career Sims with a performance meter, whereas Office Hero only benefits those careers where boss/co-worker relationships are a metric (admittedly, most do have that kind of measurement).

It'll probably become one of my most used life-time reward now.
