I hate Neighborhood Brawl

Is there any way to delete the Neighborhood Brawl popup holiday permanently?  I find it ridiculous that there would be a holiday where it's encouraged to get into fights.  You have to get into a lot of fights to complete it too.  And while it doesn't damage friendships, it does damage Reputation. 
So you can cancel it, if it's scheduled for later that week.  But I don't look at the calendar all that often, and usually I find out that it's today- too late to cancel.  And when you do cancel ahead of time, this is one that will pop up again, because it's not a regular annual holiday.

I just end it early if I don't catch it in time to cancel it.  The emotional moodlet impact is neglible.

Yeah, I do that too.  I just wish there was a way to get rid of it so it doesn't come around again.  The "Lousy Holiday" moodlet is easy enough to bury, but it really shouldn't be necessary- the holiday is a dumb idea and I want to get rid of it!

It has versions to get rid of all popup holidays, or just the ones you don't like.

Problem is, Neighborhood Brawl is one of the popup holidays.  It will pop up again.  And since I don't look at the calendar all that often, it takes me by surprise.  Thankfully, that mod works well!

When I first did read this I did not believe it but then I discovered that it is true. It just takes a very long time before the holiday comes back.
