I'm coming back to this game and story, partly to find out what happens with the new Neighborhood Stories. The only news is that Rory Chisholm has learned the Snagglefluster drink, so I expect great things his next time around.

Shania Maldonado and her husband Johnny and son Juan celebrated the passing of the old year in style, blowing horns with the countdown on television. Juan is an A student now, and Johnny has returned to the Entertainer career. And in the rest of Sim world, 11 new babies have either been born or are awaiting birth.

Reginald Farrell and his wife Leslie battled a half dozen fires this week. Changing the stove didn't help much. Going on a salads-only diet did. They think the cause might be the fact that their house is cursed. Reginald did manage to throw a successful dinner party, though, and picked up 2 promotions at work.

16th of Spring, the Year of the Wombat

It's been a busy time for Beatrix Schulz. The clients have been pouring in, helped, no doubt, by her being featured on the Decorator channel's "The Ace of Space." She has done a kitchen for the Landgraabs,

an office for Thomas Watson (hopefully it was not the cause of his death nor the family's departure from Henley-on-Bagley),

and a living room renovation for Grace Anansi.

Meanwhile, Beatrix's daughter Cynthia has become a dance machine teenager with a desire to ski and climb rocks. Oddly enough, Cyn (as she now wants to be called) dislikes fitness, but winter sports are fine with her. And Beatrix and her husband Mark have added to the family, having another baby girl, Selena.
