[BUG] Adding a room or level.

I really like the Decorator pack, but when I try to add a room or level, the game won't let me do that and says I have to stick with the clients wishes.  You can't do that if it won't let you add or build anything.  I had to quit the one job and it does not help her reputation as a decorator. Kind of at a loss of what to do, except not do those jobs, but they are the highest paying jobs.  I have to quit one that pays 25,000. Anyone else having this issue or maybe I am missing something.
