'Command failed' - Testingcheats not Working

I can't do any commands, all of them say 'Command failed'.I have tried everything I have seen (Deleting all cache folders, removing mods, updating mode, repairing the game on origin, updating the game, etc.), but nothing has worked. I just want to get back to using cheats!

You might want to try using testingcheats in live mode, while on pause to see if that helps.
