Sims 3 to Recognize a 3080

Hello there! I have been trying to no avail to update the files for the Sims 3 so that I can play it on my new computer and was hoping someone would be able to help me figure it out! I have followed the walkthrough on the forum (or have tried at least) as well as a few video tutorials but I just can't seem to figure it out. Here is my information in case it is at all helpful. Thanks so much!
